Quoting for a film shoot can be straight forward. However the cost of post production varies depending on the style, duration and number of videos needed. To set up a quote, we need an indication of the following:
Shoot time — Date, start and finish time, for example, 27/4/2026, 9am – 1pm.
Location address — where the filming will happen, for example your office or warehouse. Or, if you need to hire a studio, we can help with that.
The purpose of video(s) —for example, corporate, training, or event video.
Would you like to value-add to your project with a photography shoot?
Details of the filming that needs to be captured — for example, two interviews plus some overlay / b-roll footage, drone shots of your location.
Do you need assistance with pre-production? (e.g. script development)
Final deliverables — for example, 1 x 2 minute case study video, plus 10–20 photos.
Reference videos — Do you have a reference video and/or photos that indicate the style of production you have mind? A link to a YouTube or Vimeo video would be a helpful guide that explains your aim.
